ENTRIES
We have had massive entries and have consequently had to ballot 350+ competitors. We understand that this will cause disappointment, but there is a limit to the number of horses we can run each day.
WITHDRAWALS by 20:00 Mon May 3 by telephoning 01491 680136 or by emailing josiecottam@yahoo.co.uk.
REFUND POLICY - 100% refund will be given for withdrawals before Ballot date. 100% refund for withdrawals made before 6th May on production of a vet or doctors certificate (which must be produced within 3 weeks). To be eligible for a refund as above, all withdrawals must be received in writing before 6th May. We have people desperate for a run, so if you are going to withdraw please could you do so sooner rather than later........
STARTING TIMES are available between 17:00 and 20:00 Wed May 5 on 01491 680136. Starting Times also available on website www.bdwp.co.uk/ham. Starting Fees include a programme and VAT.
STABLING
All available on site stabling has now been allocated. Riders wishing to stable locally should contact Checkendon Equestrian Centre - www.checkendonequestrian.co.uk .
CIC* DRINKS PARTY
All CIC* competitors are invited to a drinks party at the Stag & Huntsman Bar at 7.30pm on 7th May. Please pick up your drinks voucher with your numbers!
SPORTS MASSAGE OFFER
We have arranged for a sports masseuse to be on site and she is offering the following discounted rates for competitors:
Taster = show price £5, normally £10
30mins = show price £15, normally £25
60mins = show price £25, normally £35

THE CROSS COUNTRY COURSES
Photos of each of the courses will be uploaded on 5th May. Please note that we are putting a lot of effort int the ground conditions which went from sodden to very hard and back to wet again! If you are walking the course on Thursday afternoon PLEASE DO NOT drive up to the start of the cross country as it is additional traffic that the ground could do without!
